HCU targets students with high scholastic achievement and intellectual abilities.  This is achieved through careful examination of both the applicant’s academic record over the last three high school years and her/his scores in the required Entrance Examinations to HCU.

An acceptance for enrollment at HCU is valid for only one academic year.
