Students can add/ drop courses within one week from the beginning of classes or as designated by the Registrar’s Office provided that the course load for the semester does not fall below 12 credits.
Students will not be allowed to drop or add a course after this period.
Students who register during the DROP and ADD Period will be charged a late registration fee on their statement of fees.
Students should go through the official procedure in Dropping / Adding courses according to the following:

Filling the Drop /Add form

Securing the approval of the advisor

Accessing the HCUSYS by using the student's username and password to apply what the advisor has approved.
* The tuition fees of the current semester / summer session should have been settled before accessing the HCUSYS during the drop and add period.
